The fuel injector receives the fuel injection pulse signal sent by the ECU to precisely control the fuel injection volume. How to maintain the injector, I will introduce the maintenance method to everyone:
   1. The fuel injector should be checked and adjusted once it has been working for 700h. If the opening pressure is lower than the specified value 1Mpa or more or the needle valve head has serious carbon deposits, the needle valve should be unloaded and put into clean diesel oil to scrape the carbon deposits with wood chips, and the nozzle holes should be cleared with fine steel wire. After installation, commissioning is required. The fuel injection pressure difference of each cylinder of the same machine must be less than 1Mpa.　　
   2. In order to make the diesel fuel injected into the cylinder by the fuel injector can be completely burned in time, the fuel supply time of the fuel pump must be checked regularly. If the fuel supply time is too early, the vehicle will have difficulty in starting and knocking cylinders; if the fuel supply time is too late, it will cause black smoke from the exhaust, high engine temperature and increased fuel consumption.　　
   3. The matching precision of the injector needle valve assembly is extremely high, and the nozzle hole diameter is very small, so it is necessary to select the specified brand of clean diesel in strict accordance with the seasonal changes, otherwise the injector will not work normally.　　
   4. When cleaning the needle valve of the injector, do not collide with other hard objects or drop it to the ground to avoid bruising. When replacing the injector needle valve assembly, the new assembly should be soaked in hot diesel oil at 80℃ for about 10 s, so that the anti-rust oil is fully melted, and then the needle valve is moved back and forth in the valve body in the clean diesel oil. , Wash thoroughly, so as to avoid the problem of sticking to the needle valve due to the melting of the anti-rust oil when the injector is working.
